Our dedicated financial aid team works individually with each student to find every grant, every loan and every bit of institutional gift aid we can offer to keep your out-of-pocket costs low. In fact, our aid packages will have you wondering why you ever thought a private college education was out of reach. Options include:
- Cabarrus Cares Scholarship – Covers up to 100% of tuition and general fees, after expected family contribution and other grants and scholarships are applied, for students from North Carolina who enroll full time directly from high school and demonstrate financial need
- NC Community College Partners Scholarship – Same benefits as Cabarrus Cares Scholarship for new students who enroll full time directly from Central Piedmont Community College, Rowan-Cabarrus Community College or Stanly Community College, have a community college cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (from the last institution attended) and demonstrate need
- NC Community College Nursing Scholarship – Merit scholarship for students who enroll full time directly from any NC community college into a four-year BSN program at Cabarrus College
- Merit scholarships (based on high school GPA and SAT/ACT scores) – $1,000 to $3,000/year
- Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Scholarship – For new transfer students who are members of the PTK national honor society
- Legacy Scholarships – For new or transfer students who are dependents (as determined by the FAFSA) of Cabarrus College alumni
- Atrium Health Forgivable Loan – $10,000 loan can be repaid/forgiven by working at Atrium Health
